Within the sales Team, the Account Manager (AM) aims to create long-term, trusting relationships with QTech’s clients. The AM is responsible for all communications between the business and its clients, ultimately aiming to increase QTech’s client base and help our existing clients grow their businesses. You will act as a business partner towards our clients and help them to deliver the ultimate gaming experience. For example, the Account Manager will maximize the use of QTech’s software and back-office tools whilst looking to upsell the product suite where possible.
Liaising daily with the clients, the Account Manager will also manage escalations and collect feedback from the client and the market, in general, to feedback into the Operations and Product teams. Everything to make sure we deliver according to our clients’ needs and improve our offering.
