QTech Games is looking to grow the marketing team with a new Marketing Manager, to further our growth in key markets. The Marketing Manager will run the marketing department including all the teams under it. Key focus will be on the launch of our new QTech Hybrid retail product and further the growth of our game distribution platform.

You will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team that is currently growing in several locations around the world. The Marketing Manager will be working out of our our new offices in St. Julian’s, Malta.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our distribution platform and our new QTech Hybrid product. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
    • Create a tactical plan for the year and monitor performance and cost versus budget.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the iGaming market through effective branding initiatives.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, news articles, press releases and promotional campaigns.
    • Plan and execute events as per agreed event plan.
    • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate nominations for awards in our growth markets
    • Work with our development teams to promote our product features and product updates
  3. Client Acquisition:
    • Design and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and event marketing.
    • Collaborate with the product team to optimize user onboarding and retention strategies.
  4. Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign and event performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize efforts and improve ROI.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-oriented performance.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments, including AM/sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
    • Engage with external partners, including sales agents and referral partners, to enhance marketing efforts.

Experience needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the iGaming or online gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • English proficient, other languages are plus.
