Compliance Officer

Overview

We are looking for an experience Compliance Officer to take ownership of licensing, regulatory, and compliance matters across our global iGaming operations. This role is hands-on, autonomous, and central to ensuring the business meets all licensing and regulatory obligations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage licensing and certification processes, oversee DD/KYC, and build and maintain compliance frameworks that support as fast-growing aggregator business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and coordinate licensing and certification processes in multiple jurisdictions.
Work directly with game providers, operators, and other parties to collect and maintain information and handle compliance-related matters.
Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing DD/KYC requests and processes.
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on implications.
Support commercial product, and operational teams on compliance matters.
Oversee technical compliance activities and tasks.
Act as the main contact point for regulators and certification bodies.
Take on ad-hoc compliance or regulatory projects as required by the business.

Experience needed:

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years compliance experience in the iGaming sector.
Strong track record managing licensing, certification and DD/KYC processes.
Solid understanding of iGaming regulatory frameworks.
Technical compliance experience and knowledge in the industry is highly valuable.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Clear and confident communicator in English, both written and verbal.
Self-starter who can work independently and lead projects to completion.
