Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Brazil and the broader Latin American market. The ideal candidate is passionate about the gaming industry, has strong knowledge of local market trends, and can develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue and brand presence in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share and meet revenue targets within the Brazilian gaming ecosystem.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with publishers, developers, distributors, and esports organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, resellers, and enterprise clients in Brazil.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and tailor product positioning to local consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional sales efforts with global business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Latin America.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools to provide continuous improvement insights.
  • Ensure all business practices comply with Brazilian regulations and corporate policies.

Experience needed:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
    5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, including consumer behavior, payment systems, and local distribution channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network within the gaming or esports ecosystem in Brazil.
  • Experience working with digital game publishers, hardware manufacturers, or online gaming platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
